Engine and timing
Internally lubricated engine parts, including camshafts, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, rings, bearings, cylinder head and head gasket, oil pump, timing chain, gears and tensioner. Camshaft belts and tensioners require evidence that the manufacturer’s replacement schedule has been followed. Burnt or pitted valves and valve seats are excluded.
Gearboxes and flywheels
Listed manual, automatic, automated manual and dual-clutch gearbox components, torque converter, transfer gearbox and actuators, solid and dual-mass flywheels. Flywheels damaged by worn clutch friction plates are excluded.

ECUs and electrical components
Specified factory-fitted control units, alternator, starter, wiper motors, switches and relays, central-locking solenoids, horn, sunroof motors, washer pumps and window motors. Retrofitted ECUs and software upgrades are excluded.

Turbocharger and supercharger
Turbocharger and supercharger units, including actuators.
Exhaust aftertreatment
AdBlue pump and injector, plus DPF regeneration/cleaning and sensor. The DPF contribution is limited to £250 and one repair per plan.
Steering and suspension
Specified steering columns, pumps, pipes, racks, motors and track rods; suspension arms, wishbones, ball joints, ride-height sensors and self-levelling components.
Oil seals, gaskets and casings
