What Journey+ covers

The component groups and listed parts below summarise this level. A system name does not mean every part in that system is included.

Mechanical and electrical parts
Mechanical and electrical parts are considered for failure unless listed as excluded in the booklet. This includes qualifying components in the engine, gearbox, drivetrain, fuel, ignition, turbo, cooling, braking, steering, suspension, air conditioning and electrical systems.
Materials needed for an accepted repair
Qualifying fluids, fasteners, hoses and other working materials may be considered when needed for an accepted repair, provided the car is not within 1,000 miles of its next service.
Tracking and wheel alignment
Considered when required as part of replacing a component accepted under the plan.

How the plan works

Your individual plan schedule confirms the level, duration, start and end dates, any customer contribution and labour allowance. Warranty First assesses repair requests at its discretion under the supplied booklet and schedule. The plan is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict them.
